TERMS:
Our shopping cart accepts credit cards and PayPal. Texas residents are
subject to 8.25% sales tax at time of purchase.
SHIPPING
POLICY:
Orders ship USPS for domestic and International. If you require another
shipping method, please email us, we will do our best to accommodate
your request. Please be aware, this may incur extra fees.
Orders generally ship same day (except on weekends and USA holidays, of
course). Occasionally we may have a hiccup (or even a cold) and may
take a few days more.
International package may take anywhere from 1 week, up to 2-3 month,
to deliver. International customers are responsible for any customs
fees and/or taxes due upon receipt. Packages under 4 lb, shipped USPS,
are not insurable. Shipping international packges using other carriers
will require a quote, please email your request.
Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen
packages, or lost orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the
time of purchase. Redelivery charges may be incurred for returned
orders.
CGBeads will not be held responsible for uninsured packages dammaged
during shipping. Please notify the shipping carrier.
REFUND
POLICY:
CGBeadrollers: Do to the nature of the product being graphite, they are
much easier to nick, scratch or damage than metal tools, therefore, as
a general rule, we do not allow for returns of product from this line
of the catalog.
Everything else: Once an item has been purchased, it is your property
and not subject to return or refund.
However - we reserve the right to determine returns and/or refunds on a
case by case basis, and a restocking fee of 25% may or may not apply.
Sale items may not be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
